When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent by post or email.

Hotel Terms & Conditions
Deposit - A £20.00 per person deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Balance - The balance is due on the morning of departure.
Refunds - Deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 3 days prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival, or no shows will be due to pay the full room rate.

Ardlui Lodges (Including Cruach View Lodge) Terms & Conditions
Deposit - A £300 deposit per lodge is required to hold your reservation for a weekly booking, or 50% of a short break booking.
Balance - The balance is due 28 days proir to arrival date. If a reservation is made with 28 days or less to arrival date, the full amount will be due on booking.
Refunds - Deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 28 days prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less from the day of arrival will be due to pay the full hire rate.

Ardlui Hire Caravans Terms & Conditions
Deposit - A £200 deposit per caravan is required to hold your reservation for a weekly booking, or 50% of a short break booking.
Balance - The balance is due 28 days proir to arrival date. If a reservation is made with 28 days or less to arrival date, the full amount will be due on booking.
Refunds - Deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 28 days prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less from the day of arrival will be due to pay the full hire rate.

Ardlui Holiday Home Park - Tourers Terms & Conditions
Deposit - A £15 deposit per tourer pitch is required at time of booking.
Balance - The balance is due on arrival.
Refunds - Deposits refunded if the reservation is cancelled 3 days prior to arrival date.
